Updated at least three times a year, it also features a set tasting menu with a variety of dishes that evolve according to seasonality and the finest available produce.

With more than 1,000 references, the wine cellar — curated by sommelier Manuel García — offers a journey through the world’s great wines in harmony with the cuisine of the Cantabrian Sea. Its design also reflects the direct involvement of Isaac Loya, a passionate wine lover.
